I like things. Rock n’ roll, video art, Legos, beer, visual art, film, food, and hockey. I’m pretty sure a lot of other folks do too. This is my blog about all the things that may or may not make it into the articles I write as a freelance arts and culture journalist, and higher education communications director. This is the detritus that sticks in my head, like the chorus of a pop song long after the radio is off.

Selected pieces of my work can be found in the articles, video and other media sections.

Some of my recent arts writing can be found at The Buffalo News, and my forthcoming Craft Beer reporting can be found in Buffalo Spree where I previously blogged about music. In Syracuse where, I graduated from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University with a MA in Arts Journalism, I wrote for The Syracuse New TimesThe Newshouse, and Stone Canoe’s Moving Image section. Currently I live in Buffalo, NY.
